
Emery Williams, COTA/L
Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantEmery Williams developed a passion for pediatrics during her OT clinicals. She learned she really enjoys working with children with autism, spina bifida, and developmental delays.
During college Emery spent two years serving as a personal aide and friend to an individual with cerebral palsy. This experience gave Emery many insights into the daily rhythms of life with motor impairment. She assisted with transfers, dressing, feeding, and other daily life activities.
Before gaining her national board certification in occupational therapy (2018), Emery worked as a PT Tech at Holly Street Physical Therapy in Siloam Springs for three years. She holds an Occupational Therapy Assistant Associate of Science degree (Crowder College, 2017).
Internationally, Emery has served in Northern Ireland, Haiti, and Mexico. She is always eager to support those in need across the globe.
In addition to enjoying spending time with family and friends, Emery is an avid athlete. She played golf in college and continues to enjoy playing today. She enjoys anything that involves sports, whether it’s playing them or watching them. Additionally, she is a weekend regular on the 5K race circuit.
