Cassie Workman, M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cassie holds a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith. 

Desiring an ABA program that prioritizes the values important to Cassie as a clinician, she was happy to join Children’s ABA TEAM in 2021. Cassie feels privileged to work alongside fellow therapists so dedicated to serving children and families.

Experience in the Field of ABA

Cassie draws on Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) treatment experience both in the home and clinic settings. As a BCBA, she conducts assessments, implements treatments, evaluates data, and supervises both RBT’s and BT’s. Before earning her BCBA credential, Cassie served many roles working with children including working at the Boys and Girls Club, working at a therapeutic day center for early intervention and family education, and later as a Registered Behavior Technician providing ABA therapy.

Personal Insights for Cassie Workman

Cassie’s volunteer experiences include serving at a summer camp for children with cancer and their siblings as well as mentoring youth who have aged out of foster care. When not working, Cassie enjoys traveling and doing anything outdoors with her child and husband.
