Bennett
Bennett Story

From Miracle League Baseball to the Clinic, Bennett Brings Smiles.

Bennett is a 7-year-old with Down syndrome who has danced into hearts with his baseball home plate dance moves. His parents, Andy and Lyndsey, recently sat down with KNWA/Fox24 to share his story starting at birth. Their ‘little warrior’ was initially on a feeding tube. His journey has included feeding therapy and early intervention care at Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. Now Bennett loves to eat!

With a gift for bringing smiles wherever he goes, Bennett enjoys a homerun dance at Miracle League games. Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. Speech Therapist, Morgan Oswald, MS, CCC-SLP, has supported Bennett’s development as his Miracle League Baseball coach and his Speech-Language Pathologist. The story isĀ debuting on KNWA/Fox 24 and also here on Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. News and Children’s T.E.A.M.’s YouTube channel.
