Maria Villagran, pictured above in pink, is serving a 5-year term as a parent advocate member on the Governor’s Developmental Disability Council. The Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities consists of twenty-three members who are appointed by the Governor.
Maria is also a veteran member of Children’s Therapy TEAM’s Bilingual Family Support TEAM. Spend five minutes talking Maria about the importance of quality care for individuals disabilities, and you will see her passion for advocacy.
