Delinda Floyd

Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. continues to add new therapists to the Siloam Springs Clinic location, opened in 2017. Ability Tree, a family respite and recreation program for children with special needs, has served as a wonderful host for the new clinic. Attending the Homegrown Festival in October was a fitting welcome to the vibrancy and beauty of living and working in the Siloam Springs Community.

While the clinic is a new location for Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M., the TEAM of therapists serving there are not newcomers to the world of pediatric therapy. Each therapist is a veteran that brings years of professional experience to the families they serve.

Delinda Floyd is a licensed physical therapist who has served with Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. for nearly 10 years. She and her family have called Siloam Springs home for years. When Children’s Therapy TEAM opened a clinic location in Siloam Springs, Delinda called it a dream come true.

Two veteran speech-language pathologists joined Delinda in the fall, Kim Taylor and Kristy Burnett. Each offers an impressive background of experiences in pediatrics.

In October, Speech-Language Pathologist Kim Taylor joined the Siloam Springs Clinic. Kim has extensive experience in the treatment of feeding and swallowing disorders, in addition to a host of other areas of pediatric language and articulation treatment. Beyond working professionally with children with special needs for over twenty years, Kim is also mom to several children with what she refers to as, “superpowers that some call special needs.”

Speech Language Pathologist Kristy Burnett, a long-time resident of Siloam Springs, brings over a decade of pediatric experience to the Siloam Springs TEAM. Kristy shares, “I love the town and the community,” so treating children close to home is a natural fit!

Occupational therapist Madison Guist joined the TEAM family in December. Madison has provided pediatric occupational therapy services in home-health settings, outpatient settings, preschools, and even on an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Madison initially joined Children’s Therapy T.E.A.M. as a graduate fieldwork student prior to becoming a licensed therapist.
